Arue Norris Moore is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Theatre and Speech. She received her degree in the Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 1999, with Honors. She is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation. Arue has been teaching and entertaining children as Mrs. Mouse since 1992. She is The Children’s Chef.
