Baking and Pastry: Ages 8 and up
9:00-12 noon*
Session XI- August 14-18 (BOOKED)
We open the world of baking and pastry exploring yeast
breads, quick breaks, pies, and fillo. No need to pack
lunch. We eat what we cook. (Plan on a sugar high this
week!) Families are invited to sample our cuisines and
celebrate graduation on Friday at noon. (Returning or
repeat campers and campers with Mrs. Mouse’s Knife
Skills Certificate receive ten percent discount.)
$300 per session, plus Registration Fee.
The Registration Fee is $50. After May 1,
2006, the Late Registration Fee is $100.
Make your reservation by March 15, 2006, and receive 10%
off tuition.
Tuition is due 30 days prior to the first day of camp.
Registration Fees are non-refundable.
Except where noted, classes are limited to eight students.
