Knife Skills: Ages 10 and up

Session VII- July 10-14

Knife safety and the proper usage are emphasized. Campers learn how to hone and sharpen their knives as well as the proper technique for chopping, slicing, and dicing. A special day is devoted to the art of garde manger. No need to pack lunch. We eat what we cook. Parents are required to attend a short orientation session on the first day of camp. Families are invited to sample our cuisines and celebrate graduation on Friday at noon.

Because of the intense nature of this camp, day camps are not available.

$300 per session, plus Registration Fee.

The Registration Fee is $50. After May 1, 2006, the Late Registration Fee is $100.

Make your reservation by March 15, 2006, and receive 10% off tuition.

Tuition is due 30 days prior to the first day of camp.

*Late Pick Up Available until 1:00 p.m.

Registration Fees are non-refundable.
Except where noted, classes are limited to eight students.
